2011 Parent Introduction Information

Welcome to the 2011 New Egypt Football, Dance and Cheer Season. We are extremely excited about this upcoming season and cannot wait to get all of the athletes onto the fields. However, we must go through all of the formalities first to ensure a safe, educational and fun season. We will be having a mandatory parent meeting on Friday July 29 at the rec field at 7 pm, to explain the expectations and details of our 2011 Warrior season. There are several forms that MUST be filled out and a lot of information to go over prior to the start of the season. Below is an explanation of all the forms that MUST be handed into your head coach no later than AUGUST 1 or your athlete will NOT be able to start until we have all documentation.

If your child is playing football please download the football information packet and if your child is doing dance or cheer please download the Dance/Cheer information packet.If you have more than one child in the league you must fill out ALL paperwork for EACH participant.

  • Player Code of Conduct
  • Parent Code of Conduct
  • Members/Coaches code of Conduct
  • Adult Code of Conduct
  • Grievance Procedure 2011

The following are the last two pages of the packets that you need to print and SIGN

  • Media Consent Form (MUST BE SIGNED AND HANDED IN AT PARENT MEETING)
